For Jérôme, the founder, it is above all a family story. A love for authentic, seasonal products with a touch of originality and elegance while respecting your budget. Exceptional weddings, private or professional events, we take up all the challenges.

In 2018, the Boutique… by Jérôme Perche opens its doors in the sublime seaside resort of Bandol, in the Var. The concept? Find all the know-how and regional products close to home.

Meet the Team

Jérôme Perche | headChef & Founder

Originally from Lille, Jérôme evolved and grew up in the hotel and service industry. Indeed, his parents first organized receptions for many years, to finally take over a small butcher’s shop and delicatessen.

His passion for cooking and his taste for good products then developed greatly. It is therefore quite natural that he enters a cooking school with a catering specialization but above all, additional butchery and charcuterie training.

        I like to take traditional family and regional recipes and revisit them with a slightly more gastronomic feel, giving them a touch of elegance.”

Knowing how to select meats, being attentive to the cooking and preparation of each piece, but above all being able to ensure follow-up from the breeder to the consumer are the main reasons for his vocation.

He then joined various large houses which forged his rigor and his know-how. French cuisine then becomes a playground on which he likes to express himself.

At first, he loves discovering the tastes, then assembling them to create new flavors. Or simply, sublimate the product, highlight it in a simple and elegant way. Let it express itself.

      What I like above all is the bond with the farmers and producers. A craftsman who will transform and a customer who will taste it, I like to know the work behind each ingredient, from its origin to the way it is raised or cultivated.”

Sophie has extensive experience in the high-end event environment. She has more than 10 years of experience in the rental of luxury furniture and tableware, in the organization of private and professional events, but also in marketing and corporate communication. He is a rigorous, determined, organized and passionate person.

Always looking for new ideas or new projects, she likes to take up challenges! Sophie is the link between the client and the chef, she likes to devote herself to each event as if it were unique, she fully supports you in the realization of your projects.

It is with her benevolence and her warm welcome that Sophie will accompany you from the first contact until the day of the event. She will be your privileged interlocutor and will know how to pamper you at each stage of the planning.

Available and attentive, with a great sense of detail, she will never leave anything to chance to make your moment magical.

Régis | COOK

He is the dean of the brigade. With more than 30 years of experience, we can say that he knows his ranges! Jérôme and Régis are longtime friends. Indeed, they worked in the same street for two competing houses. For Jérôme, Régis has been an important part of the team for all these years, great respect and trust has grown between them.
